Dunlop GCB-95 Crybaby

This is another pedal I think every one has owned at some point in time.  I remember back when I was a young buck I HAD to have on so I could act like I was Kirk Hammett.  It was cool back then... then I became obesessed with my tone and grew tired of the "quacky", "fizzy", harsh tone of Crybabies.  I haven't thought of a name for this mod yet, recommendations are welcome!

First, true bypass is an absolute MUST with this pedal!  It improves your tone both with the Crybaby on and off due to the removal of the input buffer after the true bypass switch has been installed.  They've gotten better recently but the buffer still sucks tone!  The rule of thumb is the less parts there is in your signal, the less tone degradation you get.  So BYE BYE input buffer!  When your Crybaby isn't engaged it's literally not in the signal path.  Have you ever tried running through a Crybaby turned off and then quickly unplugging from it and plugging straight into your amp?  There is a difference!

Aside from true bypass I change the range of the pedal.  It doesn't go as high with your foot forward and it goes lower with your foot back.  It also has a broader sweep than stock. With your foot forward it's no longer thin, harsh, and without bass.  It's warmer and fuller than stock BY FAR!  I also change the voicing a little bit.  The best way I can describe it is it sounds like whaaaa rather than wahhhh.  Somewhere inbetween a Crybaby and an old Vox.

Other Options
LED bypass indicator:  Not necessary at all, you should be able to tell if your wah is on or off.  But... more lights = better ;)
This requires the installation of a 3pdt switch which costs a little more than the dpdt switch I normally use.  This mod is an additional $18 when performed with other mods.  You get your choice of color too!

Prices (includes US shipping):
Crybaby mod: $45
I also offer new pedals already modded!  Add $90 to the price of the mods for this option.
